Now that you've thought about your personal holiday wellness plan, let's team up! In your small groups, you will share some of your ideas and then work together to come up with creative solutions to common holiday health challenges.
Part 1: Share Your Strategies (5 minutes)
- Go around your group and share one personalized strategy you developed from your Holiday Wellness Worksheet for each of the four areas:

Part 2: Brainstorming Solutions (10 minutes)
As a group, discuss the following common holiday scenarios. For each scenario, brainstorm at least two practical and creative solutions that align with healthy habits.
