2. Memory Books Activity (20 minutes)

- Instructions:
- You will create a personal memory book. This can include photos, drawings, words, or any elements that remind you of meaningful moments in your life.
- Think of a memory or a series of events that have shaped your feelings. There is no right or wrong way to do this—let your creativity guide you.
- Use the prompts provided as a starting point:
- What is a memory that brings you comfort?

- How can this memory help you understand your feelings today?
