Lesson Plan

My Wellbeing Checklist Plan

Students will identify daily habits that contribute to their overall wellbeing and understand how these habits can help reduce stress. They will create a personal plan for incorporating 'happy habits' into their daily routine.

Understanding and practicing healthy habits like good sleep, healthy eating, and play can significantly improve students' mood, energy, and ability to manage stress. This lesson empowers them to make choices that support their mental and physical health.

    - Provide time for students to start filling out their trackers.

Step 4

Share and Reflect

5 minutes

  • Invite students to share one 'Happy Habit' they chose for their tracker and why they think it's important.
