Hands-Up Heroes Lesson Plan

Students will learn the purpose and proper procedure for raising their hands in class and will practice the skill through modeling and role-play to build respectful participation habits.

Teaching hand-raising establishes respectful turn-taking, reduces interruptions, and empowers all students to share ideas. Consistent practice promotes a calm learning environment and builds self-regulation and confidence.
