Understand the concept of growth mindset

In this lesson, students will learn about the concept of a growth mindset and how it can help them overcome challenges. Through interactive activities and discussions, students will explore the importance of embracing challenges and viewing mistakes as opportunities for growth. Introduction

  • Distribute post-it notes and pens to students.
  • Ask students to write down something they find challenging or a mistake they've made and share how it made them feel.
  • Collect the notes and discuss common themes, highlighting the normalcy of challenges and mistakes.

Growth Mindset Introduction

  • Introduce the concept of growth mindset vs. fixed mindset.
