- Tell the students that they will watch a short video about motivation, which is an important part of goal planning.

Goal Planning Activity

- Hand out post-it notes and markers to each student.
- Ask the students to think of one goal they want to achieve in the next month. It could be related to school, a hobby, or something at home.
- Have them write their goal on the post-it note and stick it on the whiteboard.
- Once all goals are posted, discuss how they can achieve these goals. Break down the steps needed to reach each goal and write them next to the corresponding post-it note.
- Summarize the key points of the lesson.
- Encourage students to keep their goals in mind and work towards them every day.
- Remind them that it's okay to ask for help and to adjust their goals if needed.
- End with a positive note, encouraging students to believe in themselves and their ability to achieve their goals.
