Small-Group Goal Workshop

In this 25-minute Tier 2 workshop, 11th grade small groups will articulate academic and personal ambitions, transform selected goals into SMART targets, and map out concrete action steps with peer accountability.

By setting clear, measurable goals and leveraging peer support, students boost motivation, ownership, and follow-through as they begin the school year. This session fosters a growth mindset and team-based accountability.
