Step 1

Introduction

5 mins

  • Gather students in a circle.

  • Emphasize safety rules and the importance of having fun.

Step 2

Warm-Up Activity

10 mins

  • Lead students through a series of stretching exercises.
  • Include basic aerobic exercises like jumping jacks, high knees, and toe touches.
  • Use a whistle to start and stop activities.

Step 3

Activity Stations

30 mins

  • Divide students into small groups.
  • Set up four activity stations around the gym (e.g., relay race with cones, hula hoop challenge, jump rope station, and a throwing game with soft balls).
  • Allow groups to spend 7-8 minutes at each station before rotating.
  • Use printable cards to give instructions at each station.
