This lesson engages children in an exciting 'Fun Friday Fitness Frenzy.'   • Set up 3 fitness stations:

    2. Active Aerobics: Lead students in a series of aerobic exercises such as jumping jacks, running in place, or dance moves. Emphasize the importance of getting at least 60 minutes of activity a day.
    3. Yoga for Kids: Introduce basic yoga poses and breathing exercises to promote relaxation and mindfulness.
  • Divide students into groups and rotate them through each station every 10 minutes.
