Lesson Plan

Friendship Contract Lesson Plan

Students will watch a short video on friendship, then collaboratively define what being a good friend looks and sounds like, and create a written Friendship Contract with agreed behaviors and consequences.

Adding a video example grounds students’ understanding in relatable scenarios, builds common language around friendship, and enhances engagement before co-creating clear expectations and restorative consequences.
