Students will recognize unkind behaviors among peers, learn three practical strategies to respond with empathy and assertiveness, and practice applying them through guided scenarios.

Helping 3rd graders manage conflicts builds empathy, self-confidence, and problem-solving skills. Equipping them with practical response strategies fosters healthier friendships and reduces unkind interactions.
