Focus Fusion Guide

Over three sessions, 3rd graders will build self-management skills by practicing mindfulness techniques and using goal-tracking charts to sustain focus and follow through on tasks.

Many young learners find it hard to maintain concentration and complete tasks. By combining brief mindfulness exercises with personalized goal charts, students learn to calm their minds, set clear targets, track progress, and develop habits of persistence.
