Students will role-play conflict scenarios and apply de-escalation, perspective-taking, and restorative strategies to reach equitable resolutions while fostering a positive school culture.

This lesson equips 10th-grade learners with social-emotional tools—de-escalation, compromise, restorative practices, perspective-taking—to transform conflict into growth and build a respectful, supportive school community.
