Facilitator Guide Fix the Problem

Students will follow the Stop–Think–Plan–Try problem-solving steps to generate at least two safe, win–win solutions and select one solution that meets group-agreed criteria.

Structured problem solving builds critical thinking, teamwork, and emotional regulation by guiding students to calmly identify options, weigh safety and fairness, and collaborate on win–win solutions.
