Step 1

Introduction and Warm-Up

  • Lead students in a dynamic warm-up including jogging in place, arm circles, and leg swings.

Step 2

Circuit Training Session

30 mins

  • Set up 5 stations with different exercises: push-ups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, lunges, and planks.
  • Divide students into small groups and assign each group to a station.
  • Spend 5 minutes at each station, with 1-minute rest intervals between stations.
  • Encourage students to focus on form and effort, not speed.

Step 3

Cool-Down and Stretching

  • Guide students through a series of cool-down stretches focusing on major muscle groups.
  • Emphasize the importance of cooling down to prevent injury.
