Warm-Up

Lead the children into a light warm-up session to prepare their bodies for physical activity. This can include simple stretches, jumping jacks, and running in place.

Game 1: Obstacle Course

15 mins

Set up an obstacle course using cones, jump ropes, and hula hoops. Have the children take turns navigating the course as quickly as they can. Emphasize the importance of completing each part of the course safely.

Game 2: Jump Rope Challenge

Organize a jump rope challenge where children can compete in either endurance (who can jump the most without stopping) or speed (most jumps in one minute). Encourage everyone to try their best and cheer for each other.
