Step 1

Warm-Up Activity

  • Lead the students in a simple warm-up routine including jumping jacks, arm circles, and stretching.
  • Play some upbeat music to make the warm-up more engaging.

Step 3

Game 1: Hula Hoop Relay

7 mins

  • Divide the class into small teams.
  • Set up a relay course using cones and hula hoops.
  • Each team member must hula hoop from the start to the end of the course and back.
  • Encourage cheering and support among teammates.

Step 4

Game 2: Jump Rope Challenge
