Finding Your North Star Plan

Students will identify at least three core personal values and describe how these values influence everyday decisions, building self-awareness, integrity, and effective self-management.

Understanding personal values gives students a ‘north star’ for choices, strengthening their decision-making, reliability, and sense of purpose.
