Lesson Plan

Feelings Unlocked Lesson Plan

Students will learn to identify and name the emotion of frustration in both English and Spanish, and practice two concrete self-regulation strategies to manage frustration.

Building emotion vocabulary and regulation skills promotes self-awareness and self-management (CA SEL Standards, CASEL). Bilingual resources support our ELL student and foster inclusive group learning.
