Students will rapidly identify common emotional triggers and practice three coping strategies through engaging activities, reinforcing real-time emotional regulation skills.

Practicing quick recognition and response to emotions in a small-group setting builds self-awareness, peer support, and strengthens students’ ability to manage stress, promoting a calmer classroom environment.
