Feelings Explorer Lesson Plan

Students will identify and label four basic emotions (happy, sad, angry, surprised) by recognizing facial expressions and connecting them to personal experiences through video, matching, and drawing activities.

This lesson builds emotional intelligence in kindergarteners, helping them understand and articulate their feelings, fostering empathy and self-awareness critical for social and emotional development.
