Students will identify and label basic emotions (happy, sad, angry, surprised) through hands-on activities and practice using self-regulation strategies.

Recognizing and expressing feelings early builds self-awareness, empathy, and helps children manage emotions, reducing classroom disruptions and fostering positive peer interactions.
