Exploring Emotions!

Understanding emotions

In this lesson, students will explore and identify basic emotions such as happiness, sadness, anger, fear, and surprise. Through a combination of video, discussion, and a worksheet activity, students will learn to recognize and articulate their own emotions and understand why they feel that way. This lesson is crucial in helping young students develop emotional intelligence and empathy.

Step 1

Introduction
