Understanding our emotions

Step 1

Introduction

  • Begin by asking students how they feel today and why.
  • Introduce the concept of emotions and explain that everyone experiences different feelings.

  • Distribute emotion cards to each student.
  • Ask students to pick a card and act out the emotion without speaking.

  • Recap the emotions discussed and ask students to share one new thing they learned about emotions.
