Erase & Express Lesson Plan

Students will identify and articulate their emotions by drawing or writing feelings on individual dry erase boards and practice sharing them with peers to build self-awareness and empathy.

Recognizing and expressing emotions strengthens students’ self-awareness and classroom community. This session fosters empathy, healthy communication, and emotional regulation—key SEL skills for academic and social success.
