Discuss and boost self-esteem

This lesson plan is designed to help 4th grade girls boost their self-esteem through a series of engaging and interactive sessions. Each session will focus on different aspects of self-esteem, such as self-acceptance, confidence, and embracing uniqueness. By using a combination of videos, discussions, activities, and reflections, students will learn to appreciate their strengths and develop a positive self-image.
