Empathy Explorers Session 1

Students will identify and label basic emotions and practice expressing empathy by recognizing how others feel in peer scenarios, building skills in emotional awareness and compassionate response.

Understanding and naming emotions fosters self-awareness, while practicing empathy helps students build stronger relationships and a supportive classroom community.
