My Feelings Diary

Welcome! In this diary, we are going to explore our feelings and learn about the superpower of our emotions. Each prompt is a chance for you to draw, write, or share how you feel. Remember, every feeling is important and helps you grow strong!

1. How Am I Feeling Today?

Think about how you feel right now. Are you happy, excited, calm, or maybe a bit sad? Draw a picture or write one sentence about your feeling.

2. My Superpower Emotion

Imagine your favorite feeling is a superpower. What does it look like? Draw or write a little story about how your feeling helps you do something special.

3. A Moment of Kindness

Recall a time when you shared your superpower emotion with someone else. How did it make them feel? Write or draw about that moment.

Keep up the great work! Your emotions help you be the special, amazing person you are.
