Emotional Weather Report

Articulate and understand emotions

Step 1

  • Explain that today they will be 'weather reporters' sharing their emotional weather.

Step 2

Emotional Weather Report Activity

  • Distribute Printable Emotion Cards to each student.
  • Ask students to think about their current emotions and choose a card that represents their 'emotional weather.'
  • Have students take turns presenting their 'Emotional Weather Report' to the class, describing their feelings and why they chose that particular weather.
