Utilize emotional regulation strategies

This lesson focuses on helping 6th graders with adjustment mood disorder and depression learn and practice emotional regulation strategies. Through experiential learning and restorative practices, students will engage in activities that promote self-awareness and emotional control. This lesson is crucial as it equips students with tools to manage their emotions effectively, reducing reliance on physical contact and fostering a supportive classroom environment.
