Lesson Plan

Emotion Explorers Lesson Plan

Students will learn to recognize and name basic emotions, practice expressing how they feel, and use a simple breathing exercise to self-regulate when upset.

Helping Pre-K students—including those with autism—understand and manage emotions builds self-awareness, reduces meltdowns, and fosters a supportive classroom environment.
