Emotion Exploration Adventure

Identify and discuss strong emotions

In this lesson, students will engage in activities to help them identify and discuss real-life situations that evoke strong emotions such as frustration, anxiety, anger, and sadness. Through experiential learning and game-based activities, students will learn to recognize these emotions and articulate their feelings. Scenario Role-Play

  • Divide students into small groups and give each group a Scenario Role-Play Card.
  • Each group acts out the scenario, focusing on the emotions involved.
  • After each role-play, discuss as a class what emotions were displayed and how they were handled.
