Respect Reading Sequence

Students will analyze real-life school scenarios to identify respectful behaviors, practice respectful responses through readings and role-play, and reflect on applying empathy daily.

By exploring and discussing realistic situations, 8th graders build empathy, strengthen peer relationships, and contribute to a positive classroom climate. This lesson equips students with actionable strategies to demonstrate respect in everyday school interactions.
