Discuss strategies for identifying and preventing online bullying. Focus on recognizing signs, understanding intentions, and practicing empathy. Talk about the importance of being kind and thinking before posting. Use the 3 R's: Recognize, Refuse, Report.

Explain what to do if they or someone they know experiences online bullying. Highlight the importance of not retaliating, saving evidence, blocking, and most importantly, reporting to a trusted adult. Reinforce that reporting is a sign of strength, not weakness.
