Crew Connections

Students will build a welcoming classroom community by sharing personal interests through an icebreaker and completing an “All About Me” activity, then collaboratively create 4–5 clear classroom norms.

Establishing connections and shared expectations on day one fosters inclusivity, mutual respect, and a positive learning environment essential for academic and social-emotional growth.
