Step 1

Step 2
Guided Breathing Exercise

- Lead students through a simple breathing exercise:
- Inhale deeply through the nose for 4 counts.
- Hold the breath for 4 counts.
- Exhale slowly through the mouth for 4 counts.
- Repeat for a few cycles, encouraging students to focus on their breath.

Art Creation
15 minutes
- Distribute paper and colored pencils or markers to each student.
- Instruct students to create abstract drawings while continuing to focus on their breathing.
- Encourage them to let their breath guide their hand movements, creating fluid and expressive lines and shapes.
