- Facilitator shares two truths + one lie.
- Students take turns sharing theirs (4–5 volunteers).
- Group guesses the lie.
• Pass option available

• Suggestion examples:
– Listen without interrupting
– Use kind words

Duration: 7 Minutes
Materials Needed:
• Optional: Icebreaker Question Cards for ideas
• Paper and pencils (for students who want to jot down statements)
Instructions:
- Introduce the Game (1 min)
• Explain: “We’ll each share three statements about ourselves—two true, and one false. Everyone else guesses which one is the lie.”
• Emphasize there’s a pass option if students prefer not to share verbally. - Model First (1 min)
• Facilitator shares two true statements and one lie. Example:
– “I have a pet turtle.” (Truth)

• Provide sentence starters on the board or on Icebreaker Question Cards if needed. - Sharing & Guessing (2–3 mins)

• Reinforce positive listening: “Great job guessing and asking follow-up questions!”
Examples:
• Truths: “I have an older sibling,” “I play the guitar.”
