Introduction

5 minutes

  • Greet the students and introduce the concept of confidence.
  • Explain how colors can express different emotions and boost feelings of self-worth.
  • Use Confidence in Colors (Slide-Deck) to illustrate examples.

Discussion on Colors and Emotions

10 minutes

  • Encourage students to think about what colors make them feel strong and confident.
  • Hold a brief discussion on how different colors (such as the chosen shades: #8B0000, #B22222, #CD5C5C) can represent feelings.

  2. Discussion (10 minutes):

    • Let's chat about our favorite colors. Why do you think certain colors make you feel brave and confident?
    • Share your ideas with a partner or small group.
  3. Art Activity (15 minutes):

    • Choose your favorite art supplies (colored paper, markers, crayons).
    • Create a piece of art that shows how you feel confident. Use the colors that give you strength!
