Lesson Plan

Circle of Power Lesson Plan

By the end of this lesson, students will distinguish between factors they can and cannot control using the Circle of Control framework, accurately categorize scenarios, and identify personal actions to focus their energy on controllable elements to build resilience.

Teaching students to recognize what they can control helps them manage stress, make empowered decisions, and build emotional resilience by letting go of unchangeable factors and focusing on actionable steps.
