- Listen actively and respectfully.
- Speak one at a time; allow everyone a chance to share.
- Keep comments focused on ideas and insights.
Guiding Questions (4 minutes)

• Take 30 seconds to jot down your initial thoughts.
• Then, share with a partner: What about this anchor stood out to you? - How does that anchor connect to your top strengths?

Follow-up: In what types of school or community activities have you already used this combination of anchor and strength? - In what ways could this anchor guide your future career choices?
• Brainstorm one job role or industry that fits this anchor.
Follow-up: What is one small step you could take this week to explore that field? - Peer Connection:
• Invite one peer to respond: Do you share this anchor or a different one?
• How might teammates with differing anchors collaborate effectively in a workplace?
Closing Reflection (2 minutes)
