Mindful Moments Plan

Students will learn mindfulness and self-calming strategies—identifying stress levels, practicing breathing techniques, and reflecting on emotions—to foster a calm, focused classroom environment.

Teaching self-management through mindfulness equips students with lifelong tools to regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, and improve attention and behavior both in and out of school.
