Trigger Spotting Mission

Students will learn to spot emotional “triggers” in scenario-based activities, differentiate types of triggers, and record personal triggers using a detective theme.

Recognizing triggers helps students manage emotions, reduce classroom disruptions, and build self-regulation skills essential for social-emotional development.
