Personal Regulation Blueprint

In a 30-minute one-on-one session, the student will learn three CASEL self-management strategies, create a personalized regulation toolkit, and set a plan to monitor and evaluate its use.

Building a personalized regulation toolkit helps the student recognize and manage emotions, reduce stress, improve focus, and boost confidence in self-management skills.
