Anxiety Reduction about School Performance

This five-week series aims to help 3rd-grade students reduce anxiety related to school performance through experiential and collaborative learning. Each session will introduce new techniques and reinforce previously learned strategies, promoting stress management and emotional regulation. This series is important as it equips students with essential coping skills, fostering a positive mindset and enhancing their overall well-being.
