This lesson aims to decrease bullying among elementary students by fostering empathy, understanding, and cooperation.   • Encourage students to share their thoughts and listen to others.
  • Show the Respecting Each Other in School video to highlight the importance of respect and kindness in school settings.

Activity: Kindness Bingo

  • Explain the rules of Kindness Bingo, where students will complete acts of kindness to fill their bingo cards.
  • Distribute bingo cards and let students mingle and perform kind acts.
  • Celebrate when students complete their bingo cards.

Step 4

Role-Playing Exercise
