Lesson Plan

Teacher Guide: Building the Crew

Students will identify two personal teamwork strengths and one growth area, articulate the value of diverse perspectives, and co-create an inclusive team norm, fostering self-awareness, cultural competency, and trust.

Building effective teams requires self-knowledge, respect for diverse viewpoints, and shared expectations. This lesson equips 10th graders to collaborate more mindfully and inclusively in academic and real-world settings.
