  2. Ask students to pay attention to examples of respect and kindness in the video.

  1. After the video, lead a discussion about what they observed.
  2. Ask questions like: What did you see the characters do to show respect? and How can we show respect in our classroom?
  3. Write key points on the board.

Step 4

Activity: Respectful Role-Playing

  1. Divide students into pairs or small groups.
  2. Hand out role-playing scenario cards that depict common school situations.
  3. Let each group act out their scenario, focusing on how to be respectful in those situations.
  4. Rotate and observe, offering guidance as needed.

Step 5

Activity: Respect Chain

5 minutes

  1. Distribute strips of colored paper and markers to each student.
  2. Ask each student to write one way to show respect on a strip of paper.
  3. Collect the strips and link them together to form a chain using tape or a stapler.
  4. Display the 'Respect Chain' in the classroom as a reminder of ways to be respectful.
