Buddy Up! Lesson Plan

Students will learn to partner effectively by completing a simple puzzle together, practicing taking turns, offering help, and communicating clearly. They will share how they supported their buddy and reflect on their teamwork.

Teaching peer support builds relationship skills, boosts confidence, and creates a classroom culture of cooperation. First graders learn that helping others benefits everyone and strengthens friendships.
