Buddy Bridge Builder Lesson Plan

In this one-on-one session, the student will learn three core strategies for positive peer interactions—friendly greetings, active listening, and empathy—and will practice these through discussion and role-play to set a personal goal for future interactions.

Developing social skills and empathy helps students build stronger friendships, resolve conflicts peacefully, and feel more confident in social settings. This targeted support fosters lasting positive peer relationships.
