Learn and practice breathing techniques

Students will learn about the impact of anxiety on the body and mind and be introduced to three different breathing techniques (deep breathing, box breathing, and 4-7-8 breathing). They will practice these techniques in a guided session. This lesson is designed to equip students with tools to manage stress and anxiety, promoting mental well-being.
